New park

Dear Mayor Jackson. 

I would like to suggest  you to name the park after the famous painter and matematician Leonardo Da Vinci. He was born on 15th April, 1452 in Italy. As a young man, Da Vinci studied painting in Florence. He studied plants,animals and the human body, and made detalied drawings and notes about them. Da Vinci painted very well. He designed many working machines for war, industry, and transport. He painted the "Mona Lisa" and the last supper, they are among the most famous paintings of all time! He is still one of the most fascinating people in history. I think is a very good choise to name the park after.
