How to be good at English?

I love English. Also I love it in speech and grammar. But grammar is very difficult to me was given. But now I love it. It isn't necessary to learn, but you should  understand it. English I can't to learn.With English I want to travel to abroad. English it's my life.

Many neighbourhood watch is the Uk's largestvoluntary organisatisation. Since 1995, the Neighbourhood Watch Association has run the annual Neighbourhood Watch Awards. There are a lot of crimes, but some of them bring a surprise and some fame. Don't make the wrong and do only good.
