Different people like different things,different people like different hobbies.In Russia there are many dangerous and extremely sports.Nowadays, there is a great number of extreme sports. Some of them, like snowboarding and mountain bike.One of the most dangerous activities is presented by jumping from various high objects. As usual, these objects are not higher than 600 meters. It can be a house, a bridge or a rock. Jumpers and teenagers use special parachutes for this kind of sport. Also Vulcanoboarding is a very extraordinary extreme sport.Volcanoboarding is a really exotic sport for teenagers of bright emotions.Climbing is also very dangerous for teenagers. You should have strong fingers and hands to climb cliffs and rocky mountains.Sometimes sportsmen use ropes for safety,so they risk their lives. Ice diving is a very dangerous hobby too.You are to dive in places where water is covered with ice. Skiing will be much more exciting hobby than other hobbies.The speed is two times higher and you practically fly above the slope.It is very difficult to control the situation when you are rushing down.
 There are many dangerous but interesting hobby. Teenagers should be treated with caution.

They can do it either they are at home or in the internet clubs or at work. Other popular services are available on the Internet too. It is reading news.Also there are many different Internet competitions for different subjects which give students the opportunity to participate even in international competitions. Thanks to the Internet, people can quickly sell, advertise and share knowledge, idea, and personal feelings.  People enter the world of virtual reality to avoid everyday problems. First of all, they are viruses, which can be very dangerous for any computer.  People are suffering from inappropriate information on the Internet, because it is very hard to control information from the Internet. Although the Internet offers us large amount of information, its reliability is dubious because many untrue news stories can be posted and cause confusions to many people. It is very difficult for us to find out what websites are reliable and what are not. Also you can get blackmail or spam.

 I think that the Internet becomes a way of a person life and it is very harmful for our health. Many teenagers spend a long of time sitting at the computers and spoiling their eyes. I don't mean that I am against the Internet, but it should have reasonable limits.

I am writing to complain about  mobile phone which I ordered through your website on 17thf October. Unfortunately, I have experienced lots of problems.
 To start with, I ordered the mobile phone which as 32GB memory but the one I received which as 16GB memory. Also when I tried to contact you,the person who answered the phone was very rude to me.
 I am very disappointed. You have to replace the mobile phone for the correct mobile phone at all.I am sending the item back to you together with my invoice. Also you have to pay me back for the cost of the stamps.

One Monday afternoon,last month, my mom Julie and I decided to visit my uncle mr.Andrews,who lived in Miami and also we were travelling across the USA. At first when we arrived,we were very tired.Small puffy white clouds drifted lazily above our heads and then it started to rain,so we quickly went inside.
 The next day was disaster struck. Over 25000 people were died. After the earthquake authorities sent special workers for help.Workers were looking for people,who were still alive,but they didn't have any good results.Then, after two weeks one of the volunteers found to me and my family.
 Unfortunately nobody can understand how we managed to survive.And this is really a very interesting guestion.

Story

                                                      Hurricane Katrina.

One afternoon last summer, my mom Julie and I decided to visit my uncle MrAndrews, who lived in a castle. When we arrived, we were very tired. Then it started to rain, so we quickly went inside.

On Tuesday,23rd August,2005,We had no idea that within days,80% of their city would be underwater in one of the worst disasters in Us history.New Orleans has always been unde threat from flooding. Almost 1,500 people had lost their lives because of Hurricane Katrina in New Orleans alone.

Also with my family  a million residents had already left the city,but tens of thousands,mainly the elderly and the poor,were in temporary shelters. As the waters rose,people were begging for help on roofs,and neighbourhoods were suffering from looting and violence.

These days, New Orleans is making a slow recovery.

Living in Russia.

Speaking about Russia I can't but say that Rusian Federation is the largest country in the world.  In this country there are many interesting places,spectacular view,monuments and traditional dishes.
 Firstly,living in Russia may seem a daunting prospect at first but this amazing country can offer expats a truly unique life experience.
 Also in Rusiia there are many forests and lakes.For example:The Taiga, which means 'forest' in Russian, is the world's largest biome.The Taiga also hosts a wide variety of wildlife.It is home to Russia's largest populations of brown bear,wolf,moose,reindeer, and red fox.Fortunately,governments are now taking measures to protect this precious habitat. It is truly and amazing place of natural beauty.The Russian people can be very hospitable and you may be invited to visit their homes. If you do so, be careful complimenting something as they may try to give it to you. As a guest you should always take flowers or wine when you visit a Russian’s abode.
 On the other hand In Russia there are many problems. For example: shoplifting, robbery,burglary,vandalism and mugging. Also in Russia winters are long and very cold with only snowfall,and temperatures can drop as low as -54C.
 All in all, Russia has negative and positive spheres.

Dear Mary,

Thank you for your letter.I am so glad that you wrote to me.

On holidays I visited many interesting places in summer. In June with my family I am having a fantastic time here in Sherwood. Sherwood Forest Center Parcs is a family holiday village set in the beautiful forest of Sherwood with a stunning lanscape of trees, lakes and streams.  But if you want to see the faithfuls, canyons and volcanoes, then you can go to Yellowstone National Park. Yellowstone National Park is a wonderful adventure! Also I visited Paris. It   is very spectacular place in the world. There are many interesting places, shops, food stories, monuments, museums and parks.   Even in Paris there is  the Moulin Rouge.It is one of the French capital's most famous cabarets, drawing  audience from all over the world looking to see the dazzling,show, especially the crowd-pleasing Cancan. I gave very funny amotions with my family in Paris.

 What are you planning for the next summer? Have you visited a circus this summer? Did you like it?

How to be good at English?

In fact, many people given English is very difficult. There are many people who are too lazy to learn English. Well never forget this experience and don't give up.
In the first place  you need to teach English with pleasure. Also you must listen to teacher on the lessons.
Secondly, you can practice with the teacher, if you don't understand. And don't ignore this item.
Since the early childhood you can go to the English group. It will be interesting too.
I love English. Also I love it in speech and grammar. But grammar is very difficult to me was given. But now I love it. It isn't necessary to learn, but you should  understand it. English I can't to learn.With English I want to travel to abroad. English it's my life.

Crime and community(module 6)

Speaking about Crime and Community  I can't but say that in many countries make: shoplifting, mugging, arson, vandalism, pickpocketing, robberry and burglary. But apart from theft is a very interesting lesson such as: Street art it is seen by some as a way to  brighten up our communities. For example: In Berlin, New York, London community art groups are busy "graffiti kniting''. But that was less than the crimes it is necessary to investigate. Such as Ben Langdon it is a forensic Scientist. This job definetly isn't for everyone. Some crimes scenes can be very distressing. You get to help the community, and that' s a great feeling. So, you thought animals and crime didn't mix? Parrots often builg strong frienships with their owners. As crimes can be revealed from different angles. Agatha Christie was a famous English crime writer who is dest known for her detective stories featuring Hercule Poirot and Miss Jane Marple. These days often become hacking computer system, spam mail and accounts. Don't put yourself at risk. Avoid usernames like cool 13yrs or nicegirl. Many neighbourhood watch is the Uk's largestvoluntary organisatisation. Since 1995, the Neighbourhood Watch Association has run the annual Neighbourhood Watch Awards. There are a lot of crimes, but some of them bring a surprise and some fame. Don't make the wrong and do only good.

Life experience

Speaking about life experience I can't but say that I get experience from "Family Enviroment". My mother gives me a good experience and I learning from life situations too.All life events include the experience. For example: getting married, getting divorced, moving abroad and getting retired. Also you need to know social etiquette in order to have good manners and not to annoy others. It always gets  on my nerves when people have bad body odour, take things without asking, talk in the cinema, gossip about others or have bad table manners.
If you want to move abroad and get high experience in all areas,remember that it's important to learn abot social etiquette and customs of the country before travelling. You might struggle with the language, have difficulty understanding social etiguette or find it hard to make friends.Since every country has it's own  set of dos and don'ts. It's worthwhile to find out the most important rules of behaviour. If you have a doubt or want to change yourself for the better than start your own business or set up a charity. When people change their life, they become more cheerful and outgoing. Life experience gives people a lot of interesting and useful things in life.

Healthy mind, healthy body.

Speaking about " Healthy mind, healthy body" I can't but say that in our country, you can relax. You can practise meditation to achieve peace of mind, make ethical choices, spend time in the sunshine or solve crosswords and exercise your mind. Also, if you want to be a healthy person, you shouldn't use a lot of gadgets. For example:  In computer games you mustn't play for too long, and you should warm up first before playing video games. But if you are illness, you can take a variety of natural remedies. In the past, people had to use natural remedies to cure health problems. For example: If you have a cut or a graze, just put a little honey on it and cover it with a plaster. It might help you with insomnia too. But if you feel good then you feel in Australia. It has some of the most dangerous animals in the world. For example: Redback spider, Jellyfish and Platypus. But if you have a phobia that you can't go to Australia.  People can have either common phobias, like a fear of insects or some very strange once indeed! Suffers many miss out on opportunities, such as going on holiday because they are afraid of flying. There are a lot of problems as peer pressure. There are many suggestions that can help you to solve it. One way of solving the problem is to choose your friends carefully. If your friends share your beliefs, you will reduce the amount of peer pressure you may experience. I believe that people should do more as an individuals to reduce the problem. But these problems need to relax. How much sleep do we need? Babies need 16 to 18 hours of sleep, teenagers about 9 and adults about 7 to 8. And you should try to go to sleep and make up at the same time every day.
If you love yourself then everything will be fine.

You shouldn't use a computer or a laptop for long periods. Because computers can be a real pain in the neck, back, wrist and eyes-with long-term use. You should keep computer equipment away from edges of desks, organise cords in a safe way and attaché heavy equipment to walls or floors. Such simple ideas can prevent injures.
Gadgets are quite expensive. When you are out and about you can protect yourself from danger. You should keep your valuables such as MP3 player out of sight and your handbag closed.
Artificial light and low-level light from computer and TV screens- can throw off our circadian , with negative effects from depression to mood disorders. You should light up your working place well and spend more time outside. The internet can pull people away from local connections, chance meetings in public places like cafes. It can create a sense of social isolation. People must have real social life.

Mother Nature

Speaking about Mother Nature I can't but say that in nature has a storm, blizzard, thick fog, heatwave and hirritable. It is also very cold weather in Antarctica. The temperature can drop to about -40c and the sun doesn't rise at all. Animals can adapt to their anviroment to survive. But if you don't want to go to Antarctica, you can do extreme sports. If you want to try this new craze, you'll have to travel to Nicaragua's Cerro Negro volcano. Also you can try kite surfing, quad racing or river bugging. But if you want to hike some through some of the most stunning scenery in North America, then Appalachian trail is for you. There are harmless, deer, moose, raccoons, black bears, coyotes and bobcats. The trail passes through forests and valleys, across mountain tops and down rocky paths. Don't worry about getting lost. In our country there is a global warming. The Earth is heating up and most scientists believe that it's all our fault. But global warming is a serious threat to wildlife. In particular Arctic polar bears are in great danger. Fortunately, governments are now taking measures to protect this precious natural habitat. In addition to problems there are many interesting rests such as: trapped in the wilderness it is a very interesting and extreme sport. I love my Mother Nature because Russia is my homeland.

How to resist peer pressure

Many students nowadays face such problem as peer pressure. There are many suggestions that can help you to solve it.
One way of solving the problem is to choose your friends carefully. If your friends share your beliefs, you will reduce the amount of peer pressure you may experience. But if you trust your own feelings and know your personal limits you will feel more confident in your actions. Another helpful suggestion would be to talk it through with someone you trust, such as a friend, teacher or parent. As a result they might be able to give you helpful advice, as they probably have experience with peer pressure too.
I believe you should do more as an individuals to reduce the problem.

A holiday to remember

On the New Year me and my family went to the restaurant "Vidgof". I love to give and receive presents on New Year. At thid magical night you can sing and dance. I love singing with my family. We planned to stay in the hotel after holidays and return home on Friday. We walked, played snowballs and were happy, then suddenly a blizzard started so we had to go back to the hotel. Then we went to the swimming pool. In the evening, we had nothing to do and started telling scary stories. It was funny and scary at the same time. We spent a fantastic time on New Year's day in "Vidgof".

Christmas holidays

This winter my family and me went on winter activities for Christmas weekends.We planned to stay in Park hotel "Berezka" from Friday to Monday. When we checked in the hotel,we were happy. After that, the receptionist showed us our rooms, which were large and clean. The weather was cold, but this didn't spoil our holidays. Park hotel "Berezka" is a very comfortable and beautiful place. There you can visit the swimming pool, spa, massage,tubings, and karaoke bar. It is visited a lot of stars. The next morning, we went to the swimming pool, played tennis, walked in the forest and had a great time.. This Christmas was magical and fan.
