Healthy mind, healthy body.

Speaking about " Healthy mind, healthy body" I can't but say that in our country, you can relax. You can practise meditation to achieve peace of mind, make ethical choices, spend time in the sunshine or solve crosswords and exercise your mind. Also, if you want to be a healthy person, you shouldn't use a lot of gadgets. For example:  In computer games you mustn't play for too long, and you should warm up first before playing video games. But if you are illness, you can take a variety of natural remedies. In the past, people had to use natural remedies to cure health problems. For example: If you have a cut or a graze, just put a little honey on it and cover it with a plaster. It might help you with insomnia too. But if you feel good then you feel in Australia. It has some of the most dangerous animals in the world. For example: Redback spider, Jellyfish and Platypus. But if you have a phobia that you can't go to Australia.  People can have either common phobias, like a fear of insects or some very strange once indeed! Suffers many miss out on opportunities, such as going on holiday because they are afraid of flying. There are a lot of problems as peer pressure. There are many suggestions that can help you to solve it. One way of solving the problem is to choose your friends carefully. If your friends share your beliefs, you will reduce the amount of peer pressure you may experience. I believe that people should do more as an individuals to reduce the problem. But these problems need to relax. How much sleep do we need? Babies need 16 to 18 hours of sleep, teenagers about 9 and adults about 7 to 8. And you should try to go to sleep and make up at the same time every day.
If you love yourself then everything will be fine.

How to resist peer pressure

If you have some phobias.
 When you are being bullied at school.
Results:
 In result you can relax, try to concentrate on the subject and calm down. You will feel more confident in your actions and will pass your exam successfully.
They might be able to give you helpful advice.
Find a friends who shares your values  and back each other up.

P 63 ex 8

You shouldn't use a computer or a laptop for long periods. Because computers can be a real pain in the neck, back, wrist and eyes-with long-term use. You should keep computer equipment away from edges of desks, organise cords in a safe way and attaché heavy equipment to walls or floors. Such simple ideas can prevent injures.
Gadgets are quite expensive. When you are out and about you can protect yourself from danger. You should keep your valuables such as MP3 player out of sight and your handbag closed.
Artificial light and low-level light from computer and TV screens- can throw off our circadian , with negative effects from depression to mood disorders. You should light up your working place well and spend more time outside. The internet can pull people away from local connections, chance meetings in public places like cafes. It can create a sense of social isolation. People must have real social life.

Mother Nature

Speaking about Mother Nature I can't but say that in nature has a storm, blizzard, thick fog, heatwave and hirritable. It is also very cold weather in Antarctica. The temperature can drop to about -40c and the sun doesn't rise at all. Animals can adapt to their anviroment to survive. But if you don't want to go to Antarctica, you can do extreme sports. If you want to try this new craze, you'll have to travel to Nicaragua's Cerro Negro volcano. Also you can try kite surfing, quad racing or river bugging. But if you want to hike some through some of the most stunning scenery in North America, then Appalachian trail is for you. There are harmless, deer, moose, raccoons, black bears, coyotes and bobcats. The trail passes through forests and valleys, across mountain tops and down rocky paths. Don't worry about getting lost. In our country there is a global warming. The Earth is heating up and most scientists believe that it's all our fault. But global warming is a serious threat to wildlife. In particular Arctic polar bears are in great danger. Fortunately, governments are now taking measures to protect this precious natural habitat. In addition to problems there are many interesting rests such as: trapped in the wilderness it is a very interesting and extreme sport. I love my Mother Nature because Russia is my homeland.
